Exterior Progress

Jan. 13: The team is very busy outside as well as in. As noted in an earlier blog, the carpenters have begun strapping the outside of the walls, in preparation for the cedar siding. Additionally, a single window has been trimmed in cedar stained the colour of the siding. It is exciting to get a glimpse of how the house will look and eventually settle into the surrounding environment.  It was a sunny day today on Roberts Bay. The tides are unusually high - very spectacular.
